In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production systems. You will define the architectural standards that will power our AI models for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring they are not only cutting-edge but also ethical, efficient, and resilient.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for our core Large Language Models and generative AI frameworks targeting the 2026 roadmap.
- System Optimization: Engineer high-performance, low-latency inference pipelines capable of handling billions of daily requests.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including quantum computing interfaces and advanced edge deployment strategies.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a cross-functional team of ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Compliance & Ethics: Implement robust guardrails and ethical AI frameworks to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Model Expertise: Proven track record of deploying and scaling transformer models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-dimensional technical challenges and drive solutions from conception to production.
