Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the high-level design and technical roadmap for proprietary large language models and generative AI frameworks.
- System Optimization: Engineer systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing with sub-millisecond latency.
- R&D Strategy: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, specifically focusing on neural-symbolic integration and quantum-inspired algorithms.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize model inference and training pipelines to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and security engineers to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of designing and deploying state-of-the-art NLP or Computer Vision models.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and devise scalable architectural solutions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
