Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of supporting millions of concurrent users.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel deep learning architectures for our core product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency on cloud-native platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development and deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 7+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Transformers, and Generative AI models.
- Experience with distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and architectural decision-making.
