- Design and optimize vector databases and semantic search layers for complex data retrieval.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate predictive models with decision engines.
- Define and enforce best practices for security, privacy, and ethical AI governance.
- Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and researchers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with practical experience in distributed systems.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling large-scale AI infrastructure.
- Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), Transformers, and Generative AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
