Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust AI architectures that scale to millions of concurrent users, specifically tailored for 2026 performance standards.
- Model Optimization: Lead the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks (GANs) to reduce latency and increase inference accuracy.
- Research & Development: Conduct experimental research into emerging AI paradigms, including neural-symbolic computing and edge AI deployment.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards regarding bias, transparency, and data privacy.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product leadership to define the technical roadmap and technology adoption strategy for the upcoming fiscal year.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Algorithm Proficiency: Strong understanding of statistical learning, natural language processing, and deep neural network structures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
