Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of next-generation AI models for the 2026 product suite.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for high-performance edge computing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging paradigms in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards for the central AI research lab.
- Ensure the scalability, robustness, and security of deployed machine learning systems.
- Define and implement MLOps strategies to streamline the model lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI architectures.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong track record of delivering production-ready AI solutions with measurable business impact.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
