Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for AI infrastructure, identifying emerging trends like Large Language Models (LLMs) and Quantum-ready algorithms.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement high-availability, distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead Advanced AI Development: Oversee the research and deployment of cutting-edge predictive models and autonomous agent systems.
- Drive Innovation & Prototyping: Spearhead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives to validate new technologies before full-scale integration.
- Establish Governance Frameworks: Create ethical guidelines and technical standards for AI usage to ensure compliance and safety.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical reality.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent extensive professional experience.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go; proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure, with experience in Serverless and Kubernetes environments.
- Futuristic Mindset: Ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt architecture strategies years in advance.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor high-performing engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation.
