Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling exascale computing workloads.
- Lead the R&D strategy for 2026, identifying emerging trends in neural networks and quantum machine learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product lines.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize algorithms for speed and efficiency, reducing latency in real-time data processing.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure best practices are followed across all engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing large-scale distributed systems and AI models.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch with deep understanding of GPU optimization.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
