Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of high-scale AI infrastructure optimized for the 2026 computational paradigm.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and deploy state-of-the-art LLMs and transformer architectures, focusing on inference speed and energy efficiency.
- Neuromorphic Integration: Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate neuromorphic computing elements into our software stack.
- System Reliability: Ensure 99.99% uptime for AI inference services through rigorous testing and deployment strategies.
- Talent Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for modern AI engineering.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Deep understanding of distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- 2026 Stack Knowledge: Familiarity with next-gen AI frameworks and experience with edge-computing models is a strong plus.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex scalability and latency issues in high-volume environments.
