Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and technical design for our next-generation AI infrastructure, anticipating future scalability needs.
- System Design: Design fault-tolerant, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from training to deployment in cloud environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to reduce latency and improve throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience designing solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in large-scale environments.
