Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 AI strategy, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our product lifecycle.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance machine learning pipelines and cloud-native architectures to support enterprise-level demands.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Model Development: Oversee the research and deployment of proprietary machine learning models, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision to propose novel solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on scalability, security, and ethical AI implementation.
