Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Frameworks: Design and implement scalable AI models capable of processing exabytes of data with sub-millisecond latency.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into generative adversarial networks (GANs) and reinforcement learning to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference pipelines and reduce energy consumption for edge computing applications.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with product managers to define the technical vision for the 2026 product release cycle.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous data privacy standards and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- 2026 Readiness: Demonstrated experience integrating emerging technologies such as edge AI, quantum algorithms, or neuromorphic computing.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
