Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Generative AI Development: Spearhead the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents.
- Pipeline Optimization: Construct end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment using MLOps best practices.
- Future-Proofing: Research emerging paradigms in AI ethics, quantum computing integration, and neuromorphic hardware to stay ahead of the curve.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a heavy emphasis on AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern data science libraries.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and high-availability architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
