Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models for autonomous agents and decision-making systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI frameworks and responsible AI governance.
- Optimize large language models (LLMs) for real-time inference and low-latency applications.
- Conduct research on emerging tech trends, including the intersection of AI and Quantum Computing.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to integrate edge computing solutions for decentralized AI.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI infrastructure improvements and cloud migration strategies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, with hands-on experience in LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA) and RAG architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and model versioning tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
