Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI systems targeted for release in 2026, aligning with business objectives.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning pipelines and data lake solutions.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers in delivering high-impact features and mentoring junior talent.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of inference and training times to ensure real-time user experiences.
- Compliance & Ethics: Implement rigorous testing and validation protocols to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, safe, and compliant with global regulations.
- Innovation: Research and prototype emerging AI paradigms to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or MS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks. Deep understanding of distributed computing (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Strategy: Proven track record of designing systems for high availability, low latency, and massive scale.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
