As a key leader in our engineering division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable production environments. You will be responsible for designing the architecture that supports our upcoming suite of enterprise-grade AI tools, ensuring they are robust, ethical, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure optimized for the demands of 2026, including federated learning and edge computing.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously refine model inference speeds and accuracy, utilizing advanced quantization and distillation techniques.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Establish and enforce frameworks for responsible AI, focusing on bias mitigation, transparency, and data privacy compliance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex research into practical, user-centric applications.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML, including at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven track record in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning. Familiarity with Agentic workflows and AI safety protocols is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to tackle complex, undefined problems and derive innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
