Core Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting high-throughput inference for 2026-scale applications.
- Lead the architectural strategy for our proprietary large language models and multimodal systems.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize model performance, reducing latency and improving accuracy across diverse data sets.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends and implement best practices for ethical AI development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle, MLOps, and model deployment strategies.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
