Responsibilities
- Define the long-term technical vision and strategy for AI integrations leading up to the 2026 release cycle.
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable, distributed machine learning pipelines and neural architectures.
- Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and optimization of large-scale models in production environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our architecture remains cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in designing and deploying AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience with MLOps, data pipeline orchestration, and model deployment strategies.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, or Computer Vision (depending on specific focus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
