Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end architectural design of next-generation AI frameworks, ensuring scalability and performance for the 2026 deployment cycle.
- Strategic Planning: Translate high-level business goals into technical roadmaps and specific deliverables for the 2026 product launch.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain high engineering standards.
- System Optimization: Optimize deep learning models and neural networks to reduce latency and improve inference speeds in real-time environments.
- Research Integration: Stay at the forefront of emerging AI trends, integrating novel research methodologies into our core product architecture.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, unstructured problems and drive innovative solutions.
