Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructures tailored for the 2026 operational landscape.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.
- Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics engines.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, bias mitigation, and data governance.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Perform deep-dive technical reviews and code architecture assessments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps and the deployment of production-grade AI models.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
