Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical vision and long-term strategy for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and resilience for future demands.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the integration of emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics, into our core platforms.
- System Optimization: Oversee the design and implementation of high-performance computing systems, optimizing data pipelines for speed and efficiency.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks in the development lifecycle and implement robust mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead architect or senior engineering role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of deploying machine learning models at scale and understanding of neural network architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and make data-driven architectural decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
