Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale neural networks and machine learning models for 2026 projects.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency to handle production workloads.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, Transformers, and Quantum Machine Learning.
- Ensure AI systems are ethical, transparent, and compliant with global data regulations.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and deploying AI systems at scale.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
