Responsibilities

- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge machine learning algorithms, focusing on generative AI and reinforcement learning.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in cloud environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant breakthroughs into our product pipeline.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
