Responsibilities

- Define the technical roadmap, integrating emerging technologies like Generative AI, Autonomous Agents, and Quantum-ready infrastructures.
- Codirect high-performance computing solutions and optimize algorithms for massive scale deployment.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and NLP.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex technical challenges and system migrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
