Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for Generative AI and LLM applications.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for real-time, high-volume environments.
- Lead the research and development of novel prompt engineering strategies and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Evaluate and benchmark state-of-the-art models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) and fine-tune for specific use cases.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices in deep learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and tokenization techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments.
