Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for generative models, focusing on LLMs and Transformers.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring in production environments.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and cost-efficiency using techniques such as quantization, pruning, and distillation.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility, version control, and automated CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI research and evaluate new technologies to keep our systems at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field; PhD is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale NLP models (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama).
- Strong understanding of MLOps principles, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
