Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the technical strategy for Project 2026, our next-generation quantum-enhanced neural network platform. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of distributed computing and redefine the boundaries of artificial intelligence.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable engineering. You will oversee the architecture of high-performance systems designed to process exabytes of data in real-time, ensuring our solutions are secure, efficient, and ahead of the curve.
Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Define the core technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- System Design: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems using modern microservices architecture.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, conducting technical reviews and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize resource allocation to handle massive workloads.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, researchers, and security experts to integrate cutting-edge AI models into production environments.
- R&D Strategy: Stay abreast of emerging technologies in AI, quantum computing, and edge processing to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, and C++; deep understanding of distributed systems, message queues, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- AI/ML Expertise: Strong background in machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and large language models.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex technical problems under pressure and deliver high-quality code.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
