Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical milestones and deliverables for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research in generative adversarial networks and neural-symbolic integration.
- System Scalability: Design robust, scalable architectures capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of world-class data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish and enforce frameworks for ethical AI, ensuring our systems remain fair, transparent, and safe.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying large-scale NLP or Computer Vision models into production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
