Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI architectures for Project 2026.
- Lead the migration of legacy models to modern, cloud-native MLOps pipelines.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to define technical requirements and best practices.
- Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance under high-load conditions.
- Mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct architectural reviews and risk assessments for new feature integrations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams through technical transformations.
