Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI models capable of handling complex, multi-modal data streams.
- System Design: Design robust, fault-tolerant distributed systems that support real-time inference and continuous learning loops.
- Talent Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Strategic Planning: Define technical roadmaps for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency and accuracy to meet the high demands of enterprise deployment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into feasible engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in designing and deploying large-scale AI systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Cirq) is a significant plus.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and innovate under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
