Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the core AI infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and data scientists, to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and security in preparation for 2026 market demands.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct code reviews and technical architecture reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to project milestones.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
