Responsibilities
- Lead R&D: Drive the architectural design and implementation of cutting-edge AI models for Project 2026, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Model Optimization: Optimize neural network architectures for high-performance computing environments, reducing latency and energy consumption.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Mentor a team of ML engineers, establishing best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment pipelines using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Innovation Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends, researching and integrating breakthrough technologies such as Neuromorphic Computing and Edge AI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex research into deployable, user-centric solutions.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and fairness standards to prevent algorithmic bias.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Ray) is required.
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing scalable systems for large-scale data processing.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical challenges with creative and pragmatic solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
