Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable large language models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems.
- Design the infrastructure for real-time inference and training pipelines to support 2026-scale data volumes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing product ecosystems.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in reinforcement learning and neural network optimization.
- Establish best practices for model governance, fairness, and explainability in AI development.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying models that handle high-throughput production environments.
- Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, P-Tuning).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
