Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the architectural design and technical strategy for large-scale AI models, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Predictive Analytics trends for 2026.
- Model Development: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion and training to fine-tuning and deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Design and implement scalable cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Azure) to support high-traffic AI inference and training workloads.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management and engineering leads to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Frameworks: Proven track record of implementing and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and optimize system latency.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
