Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the technical strategy for core AI products, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Mentor and guide a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct in-depth research into emerging AI trends to integrate breakthrough technologies into our product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize model performance and reduce computational overhead for real-time production environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance and model lifecycle management.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning development.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to full deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive collaboration across engineering, product, and design teams.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve.
