Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed systems architecture.
- Lead the research and integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model performance and inference speed for real-time applications.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in database design (SQL and NoSQL) and data warehousing.
