Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Strategy: Architect a comprehensive roadmap for artificial intelligence integration, ensuring scalability and future-proofing for the Year 2026 era.
- Neuro-Symbolic Architecture: Design systems that combine neural networks with symbolic logic to create robust, explainable AI models.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for edge computing environments and low-latency applications.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and security experts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into enterprise workflows.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging technologies such as Quantum AI and Autonomous Agents.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years dedicated to AI and Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate complex concepts into actionable architectural blueprints.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
