Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture reviews.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in AI to ensure our technology remains competitive.
- Document code, processes, and model behaviors to ensure maintainability.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Strong experience with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end AI products to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
