Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation neural networks and machine learning models.
- Define and execute the company’s long-term AI strategy and 2026 technology roadmap.
- Optimize existing algorithms for high-velocity data streams and edge devices.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Research and prototype emerging paradigms in Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code and model deployment.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex mathematical concepts into scalable software solutions.
- Passion for ethical AI and a strong understanding of bias mitigation techniques.
