Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Architect and deploy state-of-the-art generative AI models, focusing on fine-tuning and alignment for 2026 standards.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Design high-throughput, low-latency inference pipelines using distributed computing architectures.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including Multimodal AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in building and deploying production-level AI models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of LLM architecture, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and MLOps practices.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
