Responsibilities

- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 Roadmap, defining milestones for AI evolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and model governance.
- Optimize neural networks for edge computing environments and low-latency processing.
- Conduct rigorous research into emerging paradigms such as LLM orchestration and reinforcement learning.
- Ensure ethical AI compliance and data privacy standards in all model training pipelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on production systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to production deployment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly desirable.
