Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and large language models (LLMs) for our 2026 product suite.
- Roadmap Leadership: Define technical milestones and architectural strategies for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune proprietary models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly applications.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark) is a plus.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think several years ahead and define technical roadmaps.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
