Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Agentic AI frameworks designed for the 2026 era of autonomous decision-making.
- Develop and optimize high-performance LLM inference pipelines to reduce latency and cost.
- Design robust evaluation frameworks to ensure the safety, accuracy, and reliability of AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into cutting-edge AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Vector Database architectures.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Python and Deep Learning.
- Expertise in building and deploying models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and RAG architectures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
