The Role:
We are looking for a technical leader who not only understands the algorithms but also the business impact. You will lead a team of engineers in building the foundational models that power our next-generation products.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure and models tailored for the 2026 market landscape.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, researching new methodologies to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of models into production environments, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and safety protocols.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI is highly desirable.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and derive innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Location: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
