Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and deploy robust machine learning pipelines and AI models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Research: Stay at the forefront of AI research to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our production systems.
- Optimization: Optimize existing algorithms for speed, accuracy, and scalability to handle large-scale data.
- Mentorship: Lead technical mentorship for junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Partner with product teams to define AI requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Infrastructure: Collaborate with DevOps to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP).
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, SQL, and at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Cloud: Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
