What You'll Do:
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for high-traffic production environments.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model efficiency, accuracy, and reasoning capabilities.
- Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams to translate technical requirements into impactful AI features.
- Optimize inference speed and reduce computational costs for large-scale language models.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from data engineering to deployment.
- Conduct deep-dive research into transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and multimodal AI.
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to industry best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant innovations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and transformer architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
