Responsibilities
- Architect and train state-of-the-art deep learning models capable of zero-shot learning and emergent reasoning.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for real-time applications in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous research into novel architectures, including Transformer variants and Graph Neural Networks.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and reproducibility.
- Ensure ethical AI practices by auditing model bias and fairness metrics continuously.
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-scale AI systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) pipelines.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, model versioning, and A/B testing frameworks.
