Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Architect and optimize MLOps pipelines to ensure scalability, reliability, and high performance in production environments.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI research and hardware acceleration to continuously improve model efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science, with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
