The Role
In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, designing and deploying scalable machine learning models that power our core products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade software.
Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Solutions: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures optimized for high-volume data processing.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and Deep Learning, integrating cutting-edge techniques into our product suite.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune models for speed, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring minimal latency in real-time applications.
- Code Leadership: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
- Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end CI/CD process, deploying models to cloud environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
