- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
